Once your payment is submitted via "Square", please allow 24-48 hours for your fit to be reviewed. You may receive email for clarification or requesting additional video clips

Once your personalized fit has been analyzed, you will receive an email with suggested fit adjustments.

We recommend 3-5 rides with the new settings to allow for a "break in" period to allow your body to adjust to new positioning

Following the "break in" period (within 30 days of your original fit), if you require further adjustment please use the link in your fit results email to submit additional information
